What is Coaching?
Coaching is like having a GPS for your soul...
Instead of “recalculating route” you get gentle nudges from the universe (& your coach) to align you with your intuition.

What happens in a sesson?

A life coaching session is kind of like a heart-to-heart with your wisest, most intuitive (& probably quite annoying) best friend—except they won’t let you get away with any excuses. We might start with some deep breathing or a quick meditation to get out of your overthinking brain and into your soul-level wisdom (which has been patiently waiting to be reunited with you).

We may then delve into powerful questions like, “What’s really holding you back?” or “Is this goal actually yours, or did society/outside pressure sneak it into your to-do list?”
​
The time we spend together can be emotional as you let go of limited thinking and perhaps finally lay down the weight of someone else’s expectations of you.
There might be visualisation exercises where you find your highest self, some energy clearing if you’re carrying emotional baggage heavier than a suitcase with a broken wheel, and possibly a card pull just to see what the universe has to say.
