A symphony of soothing sounds are made with a fusion of Tibetan Moon Bowls, Crystal Bowls, Drums, Koshi Bells and the magical power of the gong.

During a session waves of sound from Tibetan & Crystal Singing Bowls, Gongs, and Chimes wash over you, helping to calm the nervous system and quiet the mind while you experience an infusion of Reiki—an energy healing technique, to support emotional release, energetic alignment, and overall wellbeing. Together, the vibrations of sound and Reiki work in harmony to guide you into a meditative state, release blockages, and leave you feeling lighter, calmer, and more connected.
I have everything to make you comfortable as you lie on the floor with mats, bolsters, pillows, blankets and eye pillows, all you need to bring is yourself in comfy clothes and and open mind...

Every session will be different, and we will work together to bring about stillness and peace as your body accepts healing.

All you need is you, comfy clothes, perhaps a pillow and an open mind. (I have for you yoga mats to lie on, bolsters, blankets, eye pillows and water)
