At Susanne Moser/Ignite Insight, we strive to offer heartfelt, high-quality holistic services. We understand that sometimes plans change or circumstances arise unexpectedly. This policy outlines your rights and our approach to refunds and cancellations for our offerings.

1a. Services & Sessions (Yoga, Reiki, Meditation, Life Coaching, Indian Head Massage, Breathwork)

Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance of your booked session will receive a full refund or can be rescheduled at no extra charge.

Cancellations within 48 hours may be charged in full, unless at the discretion of Susanne Moser/Ignite Insight due to exceptional circumstances.

Please always cancel your place as soon as possible to allow others to join.

If you need to reschedule, please email or call us as soon as possible — we’re happy to help where we can.
1b. Services & Sessions (Spirit & Flow Soundbath/Sound Sessions)

Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance of your booked session will receive a full refund or can be rescheduled at no extra charge.

Cancellations made within 48 hours will be charged in full, unless otherwise agreed at the discretion of Susanne Moser, Mark Sutton, Ignite Insight, or Spirit & Flow Sessions due to exceptional circumstances. In such cases, we will make every effort to fill your space from our waitlist. If the space is successfully filled, a full refund may be offered at the discretion of Susanne Moser/Ignite Insight, Mark Sutton/Your Healing Journey and Spirit & Flow Sessions.

2. Events, Workshops, and Retreats run by Ignite Insight (not including Spirit & Flow Sound Sessions/Soundbaths)

Full refunds are available for cancellations made more than 7 days before the event.

Cancellations made 7days to 48hrs days prior are eligible for a 50% refund.

Cancellations within 48hrs are non-refundable.

Cancellations within 48hrs are non-refundable - Unless otherwise agreed at the discretion of Susanne Moser and Ignite Insight due to exceptional circumstances. In such cases, we will make every effort to fill your space from our waitlist. If the space is successfully filled, a full refund may be offered at the discretion of Susanne Moser/Ignite Insight.

3. Digital Products & Online Offerings
Due to the nature of downloadable content or pre-recorded sessions:

All sales of digital products are final and non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

4. Gift Cards or Packages

Gift cards and session bundles are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person with written notice.

Packages usually have an expiry date, which will be clearly stated at purchase.

5. How to Request a Refund
Please email us at susi@igniteinsight.co.uk with your name, booking details, and reason for cancellation or refund request.

6. Exceptions
We understand life happens. In cases of illness, emergencies, or compassionate grounds, we may offer credit, rescheduling, or a partial refund at our discretion.
Most importantly, if in doubt please get in touch, we value compassion over policy.
