Restorative yoga is deep relaxation in comfy floor poses. With props like bolsters and blankets, you melt into deep relaxation and activate the parasympathetic nervous system to totally relax you.
Yoga Nidra: The Ultimate Power Nap
Known as "yogic sleep" Yoga Nidra is like pressing the reset button on your brain while remaining awake. You’ll lie down, get cozy, and be guided through a deep relaxation that feels like floating between dreamland and total awareness. It’s meditation for people who say they “can’t meditate” and rest for those who really need a break. Science says 30 minutes of Yoga Nidra can feel like 3-4 hours of sleep and gift you everything you need.

CANCELLATION POLICY
- Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid being charged in full.
- Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may be charged in full unless otherwise agreed at the discretion of the practitioner.
- Yoga and Soundbaths - The doors to these sessions will close at the stated start time. If you are late, we kindly ask that you do not enter the room as this causes disruption to everyone else.

By booking an Ignite Insight Yoga you agree to the following:-
- I understand my responsibility to inform Insight Yoga of any medical condition or injury prior to commencement of the session
- I hereby consent to take part in yoga classes with Insight Yoga at my own risk.
- If an Insight Yoga teacher advises not attending/continuing with a class due to any health reasons that may present unexpectedly, I will adhere to their recommendations.
- I understand the risks of taking part in a physical activity and exercise. I will not perform any postures to the extent of physical pain.
- I understand that I may modify or discontinue any activity as needed and that I should listen to my body to prevent injury. If I feel discomfort or pain at any time, I will immediately inform the instructor and adjust my practice accordingly.
- I acknowledge that the instructor may offer hands-on adjustments to assist with alignment and posture. If I prefer not to receive physical adjustments, I will inform the instructor before class.
- I accept that the Insight Yoga nor the venue is liable for any injury, damages or losses to person or property resulting from attending these classes.
