• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid being charged in full.
• Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may be charged in full unless otherwise agreed at the discretion of the practitioner.
• Yoga and Soundbaths - The doors to these sessions will close at the stated start time. If you are late, we kindly ask that you do not enter the room as this causes disruption to everyone else.

By booking a Spirit & Flow Sound Session you agree to the following:-

• Individuals with epilepsy or a history of seizures may not attend a sound bath without written consent from a medical professional.
• I understand my responsibility to inform Spirit & Flow of any medical condition or injury prior to commencement of the session
• I hereby consent to take part in a Sound Session with Spirit & Flow at my own risk.
• To care for your safety, we ask that anyone with epilepsy obtains medical clearance from their GP before attending.
• I understand the risks of taking part in any activity that includes breathwork.  I will not perform anything to the extent of physical pain.
• I understand that I may modify or discontinue any activity as needed and that I should listen to my body. If I feel discomfort or pain at any time, I will immediately inform Spirit & Flow.
• I acknowledge that Spirit & Flow may offer hands-on adjustments to assist with my comfort and wellbeing. If I prefer not to receive physical adjustments, I will inform them before class.
• I accept that the Spirit & Flow nor the venue is liable for any injury, damages or losses to person or property resulting from attending these sessions.
• Reiki is not a substitute for medical treatment, diagnosis, or therapy.
• Reiki practitioners do not diagnose conditions, prescribe medication, or interfere the treatment of a licensed medical professional.
• Reiki is a natural method of energy balancing and relaxation that may promote stress reduction and well-being.
• Individual experiences with Reiki may vary, and no specific outcomes are guaranteed.
• If I have any medical concerns, I should consult a licensed healthcare professional.
• I am responsible for my own health and well-being before, during, and after the Sound Session.
